I thought it was great. For a fanmade project, a balance of quantity and quality like this is something to be impressed with.
I don’t get what everyone else is bitching about.
Loved it. Only complaint: pacing, at least in the first half. Could lose a few minutes in trimming, but that’s it.
Most of the folks bitching about memes and crossovers seem to be suffering from Internet Entitlement Complex, and are likely the same folks who bitched when Derpy became more than a one-time animation error background thing. The kind who flip out over anything that “panders to the audience”.
Just finished watching the episode. While the voice acting was a bit iffy, the animation was pretty great. Could the plot have been better, yes. But DRB shouldn’t deserve all this hate.

Again. There is no solid good or bad. All that exists is opinion. Opinion defines what is good and bad. Why do you think Romeo and Juliet is still around? Alot of people’s opinion was that it was good, partly because it fit the storytellimg methods their cultural taught them.
Had the culture taught them what we consider crappy storytelling was good, then Romeo and Juliet would have been crap.
What I’m saying is all there is is opinion. No definitive answer for good and bad. Only opinion.
