I’ll have to think about how to address that as well.

I can think of a couple of different approaches, but I hesitate to suggest anything. It’s your story after all, not mine.

(FWIW I thought this arc would have Twilight taking Luna up on the idea of a threeway, and the two princesses getting sufficiently caught up in each other that Juice was left on the outside looking in, so to speak.)

You’re not wrong, and I was actually planning on addressing that next episode.

My original intent had been for it to be that what he gets out of the deal is getting to have sex with a beautiful princess. But yeah, I TOTALLY see your point Ag3nt, and have noticed myself that by this time it’s less “it’s your lucky day!” and more “come when we call, again”.

Celestia realizes this is a problem and offers him a proper job as courtesan, with pay and some benefits. Reflecting on what you said, I am going to probably do some re-writing to pay more attention to Celestia’s attitude toward him.

Also, Twilight’s genuine affection/crush will come into play shortly, with her appreciating him more and not treating him as much as a plaything.

Gnot Even, also what you said. I deliberately gave her that attitude, but I do see how it’s possibly become a problem.

I do think that Luna also needs an attitude adjustment, now that you’re making me reflect on it.

Perhaps Twilight, feeling protective of him, might object to Luna’s attitude towards him…

I’ll have to think about how to address that as well.

Well, of course perceptions differ, but it seems to me that Twilight has been shown to have beleived that Juice was being employed, voluntarily and with compensation, to provide the service he provides. So Twilight wasn’t using him.

Luna is a bit of a different case. She comes from an older age, where commoners were expected to serve and obey royalty. We have seen she’s adapting to the “modern era”, but clearly considering other’s needs is a new concept to her that she’s still learning. I don’t think Juice has the maturity to really help with that, his best course is really just to play along.

Hmmm, with how long I’ve been following this, I can’t help but lose a bit of respect for the princesses here. They have been using him for their own pleasures without even a hint of consideration for what he may be wanting. With the power dynamic between them and him, I can see he’s feeling obligated to serve and please to every desire that they have without question and with a smile, but a dude can only be selfless for so long without having been considered on their wants.

I know everything here is under your sight and vision, but this has become slightly hard to watch with all the using and exploiting I’ve observed..
