She may be mentally mature, but her physical body looks immature, hence the update to further the connection that she is mature. Maybe like Windy Whistles, or Vapor Trail, or even Alicorn Twilight. In short, mature cuteness.

Well, here’s the thing. Blissy is physically mature. The comparisons to a child are because of her short stature and adorableness. Even though she’s far cuter than any child I’ve ever seen. Cartoon vectors just have an advantage over real life. Even Silver Quill looks adorable in this pic.
That said, I pick Lightning Bliss. and set up a force field to avoid the rainbow blasts.

Blissy is cuter. She should just get used to it. She could have The Editor use his chaos magic to have an update ceremony and have her in a more mature, but still cute, body. On the other hand, Silver is going to get it.
