Dash has clearly been injured by both hooves (horseshoe-shaped marks) and claws (parallel gashes).
 
Ponies, zebras, donkeys, mules, buffalo, goats, minotaurs, and changelings all have hooves, so that doesn’t narrow it down very much.
 
There are also a variety of species which could have inflicted the claw wounds, including dragons, diamond dogs, griffons(!), manticores, bears, and timberwolves.
 
However, only one known creature in the FIMverse has both hooves and claws: Discord.
 
The problem is, while Discord could do this (easily) he almost certainly wouldn’t. From what we’ve seen, Discord prefers to destroy his victims psychologically. He traps, deceives, and corrupts ponies, but getting physical is definitely not his style.
 
This means that Rainbow Dash either had multiple attackers of different species (possibly one magically powerful creature with minions), or she was attacked by an unknown draconequus who prefers brute force, pain, and despair to Discord’s subtlety and manipulation.

Who did it Dashie?  
Say who did it so I can beat the hell out of ’em!
