“The Pearl of Seaquestria. A mysterious artifact forged by the original SeaPonies as a way to allow those who bear it or its power the ability to become a SeaPony themselves. It was thought lost after the original SeaPonies mysteriously disappeared, but it was soon discovered by Queen Novo when she and King Waverider were exploring the Forbidden Caves in Mount Aris, and the Pearl’s power was bestowed upon them. Now the Queen is the sole guardian of the Pearl, and she would do anything to ensure that it does not fall into the wrong hands.
So remember that Pondering the Orb meme that was going around for a while? I’ve thought about recreating that with Queen Novo and her Pearl. It seemed like a no-brainer. This one was a bit of a challenge due to having to figure out the right lighting and color. Light and shadows has always been a struggle for me, and I tend to avoid doing those. But for this one, I kinda made an exception.
