I don’t know Johnjoseco did one that was even saddder and that was three years ago.
 
Oh for the record i’d let the poor thing in too, let her have a bath if she wanted it, ask what’s up. Not nice having her suffer outside.

At OP desc: I would bring her inside and get her something warm and comfortable. Then I’d offer any snacks or drinks since I’d assume things must had taken a turn for the worse if she was turning up at my door at such the weather. :c God this picture is sad.
