Bulwark took a good long look at the little colt in front of him. He saw the pronounced eyelashes that he quite obviously combed out. The feminine way he held himself. He seemed nervous, like he wanted to ask Bulwark something but was afraid of being reprimanded for it.
 
Or worse.
 
No, Bulwark realized, the kid wasn’t nervous. He was scared.
 
Of him.
 
Bulwark sighed. He knew why, and he hated it. He hated being the bad guy. He was a Royal Guard for Celestia’s sake! There should be zero reason for any foal to ever be afraid of him!
 
He’s supposed to be the good guy, dammit…
 
Bulwark looked at this colt who wanted so desperately to be anything but what he was. Who wanted so desperately to not be a colt.
 
He sighed, and politely stepped out of the way.
 
The kid gasped cutely, very effeminate-like, before cautiously stepping past Bulwark.
 
Bulwark gave the colt… filly a friendly, yet sad smile. “Don’t take too long, miss.”
 
The filly’s smile melted Bulwark’s heart as she mouthed a quiet thank-you.
 
She walked past Bulwark, a bit more confidently than before, and stepped into the mare’s restroom.
 
Bulwark sighed. He knew if word got out about this, some idiotic ‘concerned citizen’ would throw a hissy-fit about it. He might even lose his job.
 
Who cares. If little foals, colt or filly or whatever, can’t depend on him to look out for them, he had no business being a Royal Guard anyway.
 
Bulwark allowed himself a slight smile. Because in this one instance, as far as that little filly was concerned, he was a good guy.
 
Regardless of what other ponies thought.

Transgender people are who they are. They don’t need laws telling them who to be.

What if someone who isn’t trans goes into the wrong bathroom? Do they get arrested?
 
Someone going into the wrong bathroom should be told to leave, sure, but arrested? This is obviously just licking on trans people, and that’s messed up.

And without clothing you can’t disguise it!
