I’d just like to discuss how there can be two pictures that are both the smallest picture? (Assuming they aren’t the same size…oh wait, they are - both of them are 2x3)
This image can be displayed with 144 binary digits, as it takes 8x3 binary digits to display one pixel, and there are six pixels.
The filename can be displayed with 80 binary digits using the standard ASCII layout, as there are 8 bits per binary chunk to display one ASCII character, and as there are ten characters in “275742.png”.
The metadata would most likely have a lot more data that both the image and its filename though, as it needs to display stuff like when the image was created, when it was last edited, its author, its file size, etc. If that can be crammed into less than 244 binary digits, I will be impressed.
