I think Sunny found Izzy first though. This person understood and explains the joke: @Enmity1498
Then I remembered that, at the beginning of ‘A New Generation’, earth ponies feared unicorns…
Now I finally see how Izzy relates to the ostrich: both are completely out of place in their respective scenes, with the other character being confused about the ostrich or the unicorn, while the pony with the unicorn (or the human with the ostrich) redirects their attention to the smoothie instead, acting like nothing was out of the ordinary. Nice!
