The large building does not fit into the background of Maretime Bay, yet it is very similar to shopping malls - I have seen one that looked similar in Bulgaria, and it was very large. But it looks more like a residential building or government building as it is isolated from the rest of the city. And if the owner of the building, if it is privately owned, has the family name “Rich”, it is a shameless copy of “Money Bin” in Ducksburg owned by Scrooge McDuck from Disney.
