Can agree on Rarity, yeah.
I can see her doing service domme stuff… but Shy’s just got sooo much submissive energy. Rarity’s the natural domme of the Mane 6 IMO, but it’s all good and open to interpretation!
Might get even better - putting her on all fours every now and then. Both a good workout if taken to walk around and an equally good way to remind where her place is.
Though I still see Fluttershy as more of a petplay Mistress. But hey, people like her as a pet a lot it seems, so we’re happy to deliver that as well.
Hopefully her owner will be kind enough to replace those hands with hooves soon.
