ngl, but nature taking it’s course is a guilty pleasure of mine, plus griffon preds are top notch soo, hoping it ends up a good fight that just makes the meal all the more satisfying. Twilight’s already waiting for her friend to come help plump up griffon boi, it would be rude not to join her.

“God some people…” is what I’m feeling when I’m reading commends like yours.
 
Past 36 pages story has felt cartoonish which is what some people are fine with in their vore fetish. There is no true form of graphic depictions with digestion, or blood, or true pain. Hell, if you had removed the blood from this page most people would be far more comfortable as it would’ve been more along the lines of watching say, Courage the Cowardly Dog and get an “oof, that’s gotta hurt”.
 
Seeing blood flying from her nose as she’s bouncing around is the actual sudden shift and makes people feel uncomfortable.

Dragons in G4 canon don’t even eat meat, and a gryphon is actually a rather lackluster threat to a pony considering what else lives in the borders of Equestria herself. Ponies would have methods of dealing with them and punishment for such could probably explain why Gryphonstone is such a dump. :-)
 
Back on topic, I believe the issue with the violence (and something I most definitely agree with and will condemn this part of the comic for) is that it’s obviously painful and brutal while the vore and digestion was notably not so. It’s a false equivalence on the level of showing a spaceship exploding and breaking in half in say, Star Wars.
 
Okay, you feel next to nothing about that scene. Now, contrast that to a new version of that scene, but now the camera cuts to a view inside the ship. You see crewman screaming and running for escape pods, you see others behind them getting ripped off their feet and flung into the vacuum of space through the breaches in the hull. Several crew get impaled and eviscerated on jagged pieces of wreckage on their way out.
 
What’s the problem now? Their both scenes of spaceships getting destroyed, why are you cringing?

Quite certain the act of digestion is far worse than a tiny bit of blood on her face as she bounces between pillars. Characters all die, and suddenly it’s bad cuz you actually see some blood. God some people…

Vore is by definition always deadly, if the prey does not die of a lack of oxygen then the digestion will most certainly kill them.
 
(In nature predators usually go for the slow and the weak…  
Foals, elderly, sick, injured and/or pregnant ponies are fair game to them.)
 
I can imagine predators like griffins and dragons going on raids to devourer the population of an entire (pony) town. :-)
