I know this is just nitpicky considering it’s not that big a difference to my eyes at least but I think g4 butts in some perspectives are bigger then g5 butts.
I think we just have to wait and see more scenes xD

Yeah, that’s definitely just a tiny detail. I saw a post on Twitter talking about this and got scared a little. I’m sure the movie will be awesome. :)
It could be a technical limitation. It’s easier to 2D animate a symmetrical character.
I mean it can be chalked up to a stylistic thing. It’s not like anyone in G4 ever said anything out loud that confirmed the cutie marks are on both sides like how we see them. Since it’s never mentioned in the actual script saying it’s a continuity error between Gens would be like saying it’s a continuity error that G4 is in 2D while G5 is in 3D.
