That hand has screwed me up overall, should have done an extended open hand with the fingers spread out but want to showcase the “open glove-sleeve” thing similar to Morrigan of Darkstalkers fame…

Personally my issue with the hand is that the fingers are too closed. With that position you’d most likely spread them apart and do that thing where you twirl around like a princess, closing your hand doesn’t fit the pose well. If I may offer another critique it is that Rarity’s head proportions are a bit off. I can’t fully put my finger on it, but I’d wager a guess that it’s something to do with the fact that the FiM-style is so crazy with the head-to-body proportions that making it more realistic is difficult to do well. You do fine, but I’d give it a 9/10 instead of an A+.
 
THAT SAID, I like the rest of the picture a lot! The poses are nice and dynamic, the faces and their expressions get the scene across well, and I like the colors you used for the dress.

@bgp since you mentioned it, the hand was troubling for me, hands are considered the most difficult things to draw and was trying to get into perspective, however, I only wish this issue was raised during the rough draft phase where it could have been corrected (I post them way before coloring them).
 
What’s done is done now but will take note. I do encourage honest feedback to take into consideration for future reference.
 
If you just plain hate One Piece, just nothing I do will change your mind, so save yourself the effort and filter the tag.
