So sue me for assuming they genuinely didn’t know what cafe speak was. I got the joke myself but figured they didn’t know.

lol its cafe slang, most cafe’s use that kind of slang as sort of a tradition while at the same time, simplifying the directions to the cook in a manner they can interpet more easily than by saying…well I don’t speak cafe slang so I can’t translate all of that but…
 
Make it cry= Onions  
Burn it= charbroil it so its outside is welldone(I think?)  
Let it swim= excessive liquid condiments added to it.  
On a raft= Hotdog bun(I think?)  
Extra shingles with a shimmy and squeeze= medium amount of Relish(I think?)  
Light axle greese= Barbecue sauce(I think?)
 
Then again I could be wrong about all of these, once again, don’t speak cafe slang.

I’d rather have a double-triple bossy deluxe, on a raft, 4x4 animal style, extra shingles with a shimmy and a squeeze, light axle grease, make it cry, burn it, and let it swim.
