Story :  
During the walk with her pet, Celestia meets with Discord who just appeared in front of them like he always does. He just takes a glimpse at Luna and ask Celestia about the reason she was wearing such a submissive outfit.  
“Simple, I love being a mistress but without any submissive pet, it’s not the same, so she “agreed” to become my pet, at first she was very upset, but she quickly learns how to act as one and now she don’t even struggle or make angry moans anymore. She knows as long as I don’t give her permission to watch or gave me an answer, she has to stay quiet and obedient… such a good girl…”  
“So, let me get this straight, you just put her in that outfit just so you can be her mistress?”  
“Exactly, I always knew she was a submissive mare deep inside her and the fact she accepts her fate in just one day proves it.”  
“That’s really funny Celestia, even coming from you.”  
“What do you mean? “Even from me”?”  
“You’re the most well placed to know it is only fair to share the fate of someone for understand what that someone feels.”  
“Which means?”  
“Can you come with me for just a second? I will show you, don’t worry about your pet, she’s not going anywhere.”  
“Off course not, she’s well educated after all.” Said Celestia with a smirk before going with Discord in a dark corridor of the castle.  
Once out of any sight, Discord turns toward Celestia.  
“Let’s get back to the discussion now, shall we?”  
“Off course, what do you mean back there?”  
“Have you ever put yourself in the role of the submissive before? Are you sure Luna’s enjoying it?”  
“Stop being so cryptic Discord, go straight to the point.”  
“Very well…” Answer Discord before clapping his claw and a flash engulfed the area.  
Celestia cover her eyes with her hoof before opening them again once the light had disappeared. At first, she didn’t know what Discord have done, but the mirror place in front of her sure gave her a perfect clue. The same outfit as Luna was now on her but at her side, she tries to remove it but off course has she expected, her horn didn’t even glow and any magic coming from inside the suit was disrupted. Flying wasn’t an option either because of the wings being trapped inside along with her mouth, Celestia was trapped inside a submissive suit designed for herself. Discord just laughs before reappearing.  
“Ho ho ho! My my Celestia, I never thought you will be equally submissive than your sister. As a said, it’s only by enduring the same fate as the other when you can understand what it’s like… you should be a submissive pet too so you can understand the state of Luna right now because of you.”  
Celestia watch at Discord with shocked then angry eyes but the lord of chaos didn’t seem to care and Celestia just remembered the stare Luna gave her right before she sealed the suit. If this really was the same thing so that mean…  
“Enough with your disapproval glare already. If Luna can’t see unless give permission, you can’t either.” Said Discord before a mask was sealed directly in front of the eyes of Celestia who was now completely trapped, the mask having fused with the outfit itself, just like with Luna.  
She felt something being attached around her neck and she knows it was a leash, Discord grabbed it before forcing Celestia to walk forward. Without other choice, she let him guide her toward the corridor to return where Luna was still standing quietly.  
“Don’t take it personally but it’s for your own good. You deserve to be with your sister in submission my dear Celestia.” Concluded Discord before placing Celestia next to her sister and grabbing the leash around Luna’s neck. “Hmm but until you learn your lesson, I shall be your master which means I’m the only one who can say if you can get out of your outfit Celestia… hope you like walking with heels, you better start loving it, because you will wear this for a looooong time. As for you my dear Luna, since you already know how to be a good pet, does it seem fair I become your new master?” Luna didn’t answer and Discord expected it. “Good girl now come along you two. Our walk is not finished yet.”  
Both sisters now trapped and sharing the same fate only followed…
