Even herbivores eat meat sometimes (like, IRL horses will occasionally snack on a bird or a rodent or something), simply because there are some vital nutrients that a purely plant-based diet can’t provide.
But if you actually look at the burgers they have, you can pretty clearly see that they’re hay burgers, not any kind of meat burgers.
Bro is just hay burger there not meat
Edited
Yeah, something like that. But that purple thing looked kinda weird.
Even herbivores eat meat sometimes. Large herbivores (including horses) have been known to snack on smaller critters (such as rodents or birds) every once in a while to get some nutrients that a 100% plant-based diet can’t provide.
It does, but it’s chicken substitute as opposed to actual chicken, because chicken refers directly to the animal. Burgers do not (hamburgers do, but the shortened name has taken on its own meaning).
You have clearly never had veggie based chicken before. It does exist
Burger is ingredient-ambiguous, but fried chicken is not.
Who says that Appaloosa Fried Chicken has to be made out of chicken? Couldn’t it be made out of hay or some other substitute, while still being called ‘fried chicken’ in Equestria? I mean, you have something similar with the hayburger (which they mention here).
No, they are herbivores, they’ll get sick for that… or they are full of griffons!!
