Ah. Reference went over my head as I never saw it. And I see what you did there seeing one of the tags is “ecstasy” even though it likely didn’t mean it in that way. (I saw a similar scene in a show once, except she was drunk)
It’s a joke. It’s one they used to do in at least one movie from the early 2000s. I think it was Bad Boys 2 when Martin Lawrence’s character accidentally took some ecstasy and had to take a cold shower with his clothes on.
I’m sure plenty of people do it for fun without that (I’ve even seen a youtube video of it, clearly just for fun, though they later took it down for reasons unknown). Besides, it’s Pinkie. I wouldn’t consider this out of character for her.
