I think the episode is about typos in the title.

“What do you think this episode’s about?” Celestia is magically stuck with babysitting Chrysalis’s young prince-boy. (Like a geass or curse.) As she deals with misbehavior after oopsie after brattyness, she finds out that she’s the spoiled one, as Prince Shell has reasons for everything. Not always good reasons, but better reasons than Celestia’s my-comfort-focused ones. She doesn’t even run the kingdom anymore, it’s all done by government staff, and Celestia just likes looking important.
