Rarity takes her revenge on Applejack by tar throwing alot of buckets filled with sticky tar all over her.  
Applejack Had no choice. It either being dressed as a girly pony or getting tarred in front of whole Ponyville.
 
She choose the sticky and messy one.
 
NOTE: The tar is not like super hot tar!
