Pinkie Pie can always lie flat on her belly for the human to crawl out, but if I was him I wouldn’t mind the other exit either.
But then how would he disembark once he got to his destination? Neither exit sounds particularly pleasant.
He could always go behind her throat. I mean I would totally rather stay in a warm, cozy stomach than fall to the hard, terrifying ground or cold ocean water. :P
