No! Stop stereotyping! It has nothing to do with being “butthurt”. The reason why people like me are [still] so upset about Magical Mystery Cure is that it was recipe for disaster that was handled poorly. It essentially retcons all the best traits of Twilight’s character, replacing them with boring and unrelateable clichés. It totally throws of the balance of the show by making every other character seem inferior by comparison. The fact that the writers kept misusing the word “destiny” and shoving it in our faces over and over in a lame attempt to buy us over didn’t help, either.

Yes at the last possible second, the coronation was tacked on to the very end of the Cutimark episode so they could get 30 seconds of Alicorn screen time before this short season came to an end, that is literally the last possible second.
If it was a 26 episode season it could have its own episode, but no. If they waited to season 4 it could have been handled properly but no they wanted summer Alicorn toys.

Yes because for a seasons worth of episodes she is missing then right in episode that is controversy central she comes back as a throw in. I bet at the last minute they were like fine, throw her for just this episode, see if we can’t lose some of this heat.
If she is seen in the next season I will buy they didn’t throw her under a bus.
