Cause Twi´s cutiemark now bears 6 instead of 5 cutiemarks. I believe the theory that those stars smybolizes the destiny of the elemnt of harmony bearers while the big star/nova inside the circle of them represents their friendship.

Which means Twi hadn´t found her true destiny till the S3 final and she only found it through the friendship of her friends.
