honestly yeah G5's gonna have to be _*really_* good to try and top all that G4 did, and tbh I feel bad for the new showrunner and the team who'll work on it, mainly because I'm sure that's the attitude they'll be going in with, the whole "oh god what do we do now we have a decade of magic to follow up on" - although considering Transformers has like a hundred concurrent universes right now I'm sure they'll find a way (but I somehow doubt G5 will be as gritty as a majority of the Transformers universes are [spoiler]||unless they shill out enough money to get fuckin' **Genndy** or whoever[/spoiler]||)


 
seriously, how the hell is G5 Equestria gonna beat out the vastness of G4 Equestria? I feel like G4 introduced so many species to the table (griffons, hippogriffs, changelings, yaks, sphinxes, more dragons than before, etc.) that again they'll have to go the extra mile to make it different, and especially in terms of the inevitable spinoffs - like, how the fuck do you top Equestria Girls? what other fresh genres could you even use when G4 pretty much used them all?
