Uhh, This isn’t a phone.
better off sticking with normal emulation of actual good arcade fighters.
If you aren’t experienced with the MUGEN interface and coding, your characters are going to suck.
Oh and mugen isn’t that difficult if you know what you’re doing. After your 5th or 6th character, you’ve pretty much go the hang of the basics. But making a god tier character like “rare akuma” or the sonic characters by ABAB take time and skill.

Frankly I don’t know anyone myself, I’m just a brony in need of a damned good fighting game, spreading the word about a potential way to see it come to pass without issue. I’m off to tell all about this engine now, better than sitting around waiting and getting anxious
What i mean is its diffacult but if people are willing to put up the effort well then you got my vote

no, mugen is still good, not the best, but good
MUGEN is absolutely awful.
