There can be signs of past breaks, especially in the short term while there’s a buildup of extra tissue around the fracture. But bones don’t form scar tissue in and of themselves.
I admit, I only did the research after that first comment. :P
Wait, are you saying bones scar?

(And upon further reflection, shouldn’t a lot of those bones have signs of healed breaks?)
