Throughout the show and comics, there were some hints that Sweetie might have been a little fond of Spike, but, like most other potential romances in MLP, it was never confirmed.
I probably could, but it just doesn’t seem worth it. The image is already up, and most people seem to like it. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn’t get to see this commission’s run from the beginning. It was a bummer, but I’ve gotten over it. I’m just happy with how the commission turned out and its reception 😉
Since you’re the commissioner you can report the image and select other and just say you’d want upload credit
