The only system that works is a crowbar, and those are generally frowned upon.
 
‘Course it is. One of the few methods whenever dealing with slot machines/other pay out machines that are literally programmed to be rigged to take your cash.
 
Try coming into a casino with an exact replica of one of their machines and say I want to gamble with any of their staff. I’m certain they wouldn’t be so keen to accept the terms.
