“Look who has finally gotten their laptop back(long story there), and has had the time to finish their comic! Of course it would turn out that I would finish the season 6 finale comic on the weekend that season 7 premiers.  
But hey, that just means that it may be more fresh in everyone’s minds… Right guys?
 
I haven’t been able to keep up with any of the fan comics since the season 6 finale so I don’t know if this idea has been done before so I wouldn’t be surprised if it had, to be honest.

Pretty sure having a personal vendetta against them doesn’t mean she won’t ever try to take over Equestria again. Also, considering how “evil” Changelings did things, kidnaping/replacing friends to get close to others is still a pretty constant threat. None of them are safe from being replaced by Chrysalis again.

Actually, Discord wouldn’t bother seeking revenge. He only got involved because he learned Fluttershy was in danger, and the moment he found her safe he went straight back to his “don’t give a feather” attitude.
Actually, it’d only take anyone mentioning how since Chrysalis just swore revenge, then this might happen again, so Fluttershy will be in danger again. Then bam. Angry chaos lord and dead former bug queen.
