Pretty sure having a personal vendetta against them doesn't mean she won't ever try to take over Equestria again. Also, considering how "evil" Changelings did things, kidnaping/replacing friends to get close to others is still a pretty constant threat. None of them are safe from being replaced by Chrysalis again.
