yes, I read that.. and I was being serious when I said it looks kinda cool.. I will admit though, when I read vector and it looked very, very close to mspaint I kinda laughed  
I don’t know why it didn’t use at least billinear level quality downscaling.. I mean, that’s how it got the mspaint effect is you add a bunch of aliasing to the lines and bam

What the heck the downscaling method used on the accidental 750x880 upload looks almost as bad as nearest neighbor… not quite but not too far off  
With the poor downscaling plus the low-res it looks very close to mspaint style.. kinda cool
