I’ve played all of the Fallout games and I can’t say I’m aware of any such instances.
Seems more likely Hoofington being Hoofington & Blackjack’s overall luck. xD
Does the eye tentacle penis have a reference somewhere in the fallout games? All I can think of is the Think Tank calling your toes “penises”.
I remember the scene in PH. She had a tumorous growth in here eye and she could feel it wriggling.
