After her adventures in Prophecy’s dream fabric
link and in the waking world.
Princess Luna was rather happy to spend an evening instructing her student Applebloom. This also meant a visit to Stone Mane’s dream fabric for his weekly therapy visit. Although by this time the visits were more so the two foals could spend some time together.
Of course Applebloom couldn’t wait to see the colt again. Having recently received his package in the mail.
She’d sent a reply letter back to the colt in Baltimare but this visit came up before AB’s letter had arrived.
Stone Mane was hoping that she’d like the present he’d sent her. However he was rather caught off guard by her enthusiastic response when she came barreling into his dream fabric and knocked him off the cloud he’d been sitting on. He considered himself to be a serious hoofball player, but the filly had sent him flying.
And upon successfully tackling the colt the filly seemed to unwilling to let go of her captured prey.
“Princess Luna. I know Stone Mane is a staying with family in Baltimare, but could he possible move ta Ponyville? He could stay at Sweet Apple Acres with my kin! He could go ta school there, and I promise he’ll be well taken care of him. Me, AJ, Big Mac, and Granny will make sure gits a proper raising!”
She gave the colt a big hug. “So. Can I take him home? Please.”
The colt smiled sheepishly. “Well, uh. I think my aunt and uncle would have alot to say it about that. Since there my legal guardians now.”
Appleboom nuzzled the colt. “I know that. And I’d be willing ta sign a whole heap of papers promising them that ya would be going ta good home!”
The colt’s usual nutmeg coat took on a more reddish tint in the face at this statement. “Um, thanks.” said the colt.
Luna sighed. “Little Bloom. Stone Mane is a colt. Not some puppy you’ve found.”
Normally the Stone Mane would’ve agreed with Luna’s statement. However sitting there Applebloom’s front legs wrapped around him and feeling her warm breath on his neck the colt suddenly wished that the princess would shut up and go away.
The filly hugged the colt tighter and made a sad face at Luna. “Pppllleeaassee!” She said plaintively.
The Defender of Dreams rolled her eyes. “No.”
“Meanie.” Muttered the filly. Stone Mane decided the best thing to do at the moment was to keep his mouth shut.
To be continued.
