Agreed... In fact, I hear more people have died from the common flu this year alone then the Corona Virus.
It feels like something else they're exaggerating, and using to panic the populace, like the Cold War, (omg the Russians will bomb us any moment!) and such. It's annoying, because grocery stores where I live are running out of supplies, and food, because people are freaking out.
A similar event happened before where I live where the local news where I live, exaggerated a gas shortage, leading people to panic, and buy-up, and hoard gasoline in containers, leading to an _*actual_* gas shortage...
Fake News really sucks.
