It’s the new donk city map from super Mario odyssey.
 
If you have a steam account and have Garry’s mod then go to addons on the menu and then go to the steam workshop. After that search for super mario odyssey and change the type of mod you want to download from <non specified> to maps and then you should be able to find it and when you do just click the plus sign at the bottom right of the image to download it.
