I am aware, but Jargon is not “the fandom”, so what other people do doesn’t reflect on his art.
The fandom does its best to make zebras the MLP version of black people, especially in the NSFW department.
The Zebra characteristics in question are only unflattering stereotypes if you interpret them to be, as neither Jargon nor the show have ever treated them as something bad or inferior. There isn’t a MLP zebra race from real life for them to mischaracterize, either.
If you feel they’re inherently racist, that reflects on you, not MLP or Jargon.

Munyu and Bina aren’t even my ocs, Zebra Wife is a straight parody of Horse Wife that speaks in Swahili which is the entire point of the joke, Carjack is a mechanic created off of making a character with a similar thing to Applejack’s hair and hat combo, and Matriarch and Zeta come from far away zebra lands
Out of the five OCs you found, One and Three aren’t Jargon’s OCs, I wouldn’t use the Zebra Wife as an example of not being an African-stereotype if I were you, Zeta falls under that loose African depiction in his design as well, which shouldn’t come as a surprise he is Matriarch Zeg’Us’s grandson after all, and I already mentioned that Carjack was an exception, at least as far as Zebra OC’s Jargon draws or has drawn frequently.
I’ll say this again just so there’s no misunderstanding my position: I don’t think Jargon depicting his zebra OCs like that is bad, but it is how he draws most of them. I certainly hard to find fault with Jargon’s work when that’s mostly how the show depicted the lone zebra in canon.
The only has 3 Zebra OCs he’s ever drawn like that and they’re supposed to be from far away tribal kingdom like Matriach Zeg’us.@Background Pony #286B

Perhaps I phrased that poorly, as you seemed to miss my attempt to emphasize that as a shakey point of criticism.
I don’t know whether Jargon using such tropes and stereotypes is a good or bad thing or just neurtral, I was pointing out that he indulges in that with most of his zebra OCs.
