Don’t… don’t do it.
I think it’s just something to do with the different connotations attached to certain colours in different cultures.
For instance, here (UK) purple was often associated with royalty (I think because purple dye was for a long time very difficult to obtain and so really expensive, being made from cochineal). Whereas in Greece, purple was historically associated with death.
And of course the meaning of colours can change over time as well. Historically, boys wore pink and girls wore blue; this apparently only switched during the 1940s.
There’s a lot of meaning behind some colour choices…
I think it’s a cultural quirk. I mean, I think it’s supposed to be black, like rot, but that also looks like smoke so they use purple (or blue) as the next closest color.
What is it with anime using fuming purple auras for every bad cooking?
Meanwhile western animations typically use green…
Mmm…. warm apple pie! :D
Yeah I believe you’re right. The love has to be placed there after being baked. Maybe Jason Biggs can help if ya know what I’m referring to xD
Edited
Too bad Miia only has eyes for Kimihito.
I don’t know. It is possible to approach cooking as a technical task in which you are attempting to replicate the recipe as closely as possible, or when you are experimenting in the kitchen. The same emotions would not be present, compared with cooking something for someone special.
It would be funny if Chrysalis enjoys food that was prepared lovingly, but incompetently.
Yeah, I get that. I might be the only person who doesn’t like white backgrounds :P I usually filter them out because depending on time of day and environment, they may hurt my eyes. Got nothing against the art piece itself
White backgrounds are covered under the “simple background” tag.
She is what she eats
They’re pretty good.
She was a twin. At least some of the love that went into making Pinkie gets distributed to her automatically.
Except Marble.
Pinkie will tell you that she and all her siblings were made with love.
