Translation is “400 years of friendship, and friendship is magic”. Apparently, there is a vote for new coat of arms in the city of Novokuznetsk, and someone submited this pic. Now it’s leading, and if authorities won’t rig elections(as usual), Hasbro gonna sue the hell out of them.
