how is twilight being an asshole? sure, she’s being a bit focused on her troubles, but if you had your hands lopped off I think they’d be on your mind more than anything else, at least for quite some time. she just happened to be talking to the only two pegasi that’ve been in the show that are confirmed to have flying troubles at that exact time.
 
it’s honestly a pretty good analogy, and they’re the two most likely to understand her point of view.
