Description from source: “Had my 3rd brain surgery. After every surgery my gf is gifting me the ugliest toy she can find in the shop. It’s her way to tell she is happy I made it.and she still manages to find uglier ones. I hope it was the last.my first was in February 2019 I can’t handle any more ugly toys”
