It’s simply the eyes. Pony Rarity has a much stronger raised eyebrow than human Rarity. Also, human Rarity is looking at an upward angle whereas pony Rarity is looking straight to the side (but with lowered eyelids). Oh yeah, and the eyelids. Still, it doesn’t take away from the fact that this is AMAZING. ^3^

Your artwork is nice, but you often fail to catch the mood and feeling of the original picture. Your Rarity looks like she’s conveying a very different emotion that Pony Rarity.
