Headcanon: While Twilight Sparkle is the ruling Princess of Equestria in the Pony World, Sunset Shimmer is the head Principal of Canterlot High School in the Human World. As long as the Crystal Mirror is still working, Twilight and Sunset could still write and visit each other when they are not busy with their duties and responsibilities.
