“Random Irrational Exuberance Disorder”

Characterized by an irrational happiness with regards to the situation.
Symptoms include an exuberance that, when asked for the source, only include the response of “I don’t know”.
If said patient is unaware of the source of their happiness, then they are likely “victims” of this disorder.

Post note, the term “victim” is used loosely, as many are not only blissfully unaware, but don’t mind being afflicted. Treatment is not only not recommended, but is advised against.
