I personally don’t think the entire season was a flop; there were pretty good episodes that I genuinely love. However, the season as a whole is pretty forgettable for all the right reasons, and memorable for all the wrong reasons. To me, at least

he always started his complaints by pulling some sort of “statistic” out of his ass about how every episode in a season was poorly received by all the fans a.k.a. he didn’t like it and then would ask if we were upset by these “statistics” or some other mundane thing he wanted to see if we were upset about, and normally we weren’t but he thought us being irritated with him meant his point was proven and assumed we didn’t like the episodes because we were reacting negatively - towards him
 
to this day I don’t know where he is, but I hope he’s become a little less jaded

And you said he’s not on this site anymore. Did he leave, or was he banned?

I mean, I wouldn’t call Season 9 an overall “Flop”, a lot of it was pretty good, just thought the ending kinda dragged it down a bit for me and I wouldn’t really call it a “High note”. Could have been worse though.

his fecking tagline was and still is “Dreading Season 9”, also he just hated everything about the show after I dunno Season 6 or 7 or something, his comment history and multiple forum threads about the subject will prove that

I haven’t seen it all yet. I like to wait for the actual airings in the US. Avoiding spoilers has been a massive chore because people can’t shut the hell up for ten seconds. :P
