Yeah, although Hasbro didn’t “crack down” or anything, it was just a precaution on the studio’s part. I’m a board artist, there’s no way I can “sneak” anything in, it’s impossible.

BronyVille episode 88 had a very brief tidbit about this – they implied other artists were inserting their OCs into episodes and Hasbro cracked down on the practice, as a result purging Wildfire. That would line up with her “somebody else’s fault” comment.
She’s a story board artist for FiM. Wildfire is her Ponysona (the pony version of her.)
Eh, I don’t think she’d get upset over such a trivial thing.
Wild Fire’s appearance had nothing to do with the plot.
