Even if it is canon, I'm just gonna pretend it isn't and that RD is bi rather than straight lesbian. I actually could live with AppleDash being canon despite me not shipping it, since this was apparently Ashleigh Ball's request to make the two a couple even though some may think Soarin would have made a better mate or Spitfire. That's the wonderful thing about fandoms. One person might think a character is gay, while another might see them as straight.
I'm also wondering why people thought the mane six are teenagers when it's quite obvious they are adults with a teenage maturity, hence why when they go to the human world they come out as teens. My theory is the youngest (Pinkie) was 19 when the show first started then 69 during the epilogue. But that begs the question: How are the CMC not middle aged?
Also I LOVE that image Ashleigh posted. Though being perfectly honest,I would have preferred to see both in dresses rather than RD in a tux.
