Okay, if you can’t see it, during the episode The Last Problem, I noticed that Applejack is wearing Granny Smith’s scarf and Apple Bloom (who has grown up) is wearing Goldie Delicious’ scarf.
I don’t like the implication that these two golden oldies passed away, bu this is still a sweet tribute on the Apple sisters’ part.

Big Mac and Sugar bell own the Sweet Apple orchard now.

I thought Sugar Belle lived on the farm with Big Mac, if that song sequence in The Last Problem is anything to go by.
I think Applejack with AB’s help, when Big Mac now live with Sugar Belle.
G5 is set in an alternate universe unrelated to FIM.
So Applebloom now has all her cats.
