Well it IS an animation, and you actually get two animations for that AutoBuy, so I would say it’s not too bad of a price.
 
Think of it this way; an animation is basically a series of drawings (that have to keep consistent proportions, size, markings, ext) and this animation appears to have 15 frames if I’m counting them correctly (not counting repeats). So that would be 15 drawings of your OC. How much would it cost if you commissioned an artist for 15 full-body, colored and flat-shaded drawings of your character?  
That is why animations are expensive.
