Yes. I consult for musicians and music stores, so I've got a couple rooms full of musical instruments and equipment. Some I'm playing and some in storage. Let's just say if you live long enough, you pick up all kinds of hobbies, and end up with lots of things.


 
But I'm one of the least musical people in my family.


 
I'm not saying that playing the cello this way is practical or efficacious. But if you're doing a piece pizzicato, and you're in a filmk group at a convention, it can be done and you get quite a reaction from the crowd.


 
The fretting breaks your brain, but it's not like there's a law against it.
