I had a similar idea to this but it was based on the Rarijack daily pics on this site and it was a double pic of human Applejack and Raity (not Equestria girls but the humanized fan art) using their own toilets with Applejack in her outhouse and Rarity in her gown/bathrobe reading a newspaper or something like that in her fancy bathroom

Considering Applejack probably gets plenty of fresh foods from the farm and a good amount of apples everyday, it makes sense she can afford to be casual. Rarity, on the other hands, probably eats what’s easy on her figure, but not necessarily on her digestive tract. And Applejack is probably used to outhouses and the odours of farm animals, while Rarity is rightfully disgusted at the appalling state of most portable toilets.
